The Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed) is a professional degree for graduates who want to teach physical education in schools and coach students in sports. With sports and fitness becoming part of every school’s curriculum, qualified physical education teachers are increasingly in demand.

B.P.Ed combines sports science with teaching skills. Students study anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, sports psychology and training methods, and they practise a variety of games and athletics. Teaching practice in schools prepares them to plan and conduct physical education classes.
