Which course is right for teaching small children?

ECCE and NTT focus on children up to about eight years old, while D.El.Ed prepares you to teach in primary classes and is required for most government primary teacher posts.

Can I apply for government teacher jobs after D.El.Ed?

D.El.Ed is the professional qualification for primary teaching. You must also qualify the applicable teacher eligibility test (such as CTET or a state TET) to apply for government posts.

Is teacher training suitable after 12th?

Yes. Most teacher training programmes at this level are open to students who have passed 12th, subject to minimum marks set by the regulating body.
