1. Use of the Website

When you submit an enquiry, you authorise our team to contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email regarding courses, admissions and related updates. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
3. Admission
- Admission is subject to the eligibility rules of the concerned university, board or council for the relevant session.
- Applicants must provide genuine documents. Admission obtained on the basis of false or forged documents will be cancelled without refund, and appropriate action may be taken.
- Royal Education Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel admission if eligibility conditions are not met.
4. Fees and Payments
- The fee structure for each programme is communicated in writing at the time of admission.
- Fees must be paid on or before the due dates. Late payment may attract a late fee or delay in examination form submission.
- Always collect an official receipt for every payment. We are not responsible for payments made to any person without an official receipt.
- Examination, enrolment, registration and similar fees charged by external bodies are payable as per their schedule and are generally non-refundable.
5. Cancellation and Refund
Requests for cancellation must be made in writing. Any refund is processed according to the refund policy explained at the time of admission and the rules of the concerned awarding body. Amounts already paid to universities, boards or councils on behalf of the student cannot be refunded by us.
6. Student Conduct
Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect staff and fellow students, follow attendance requirements and comply with the rules of the training centre, hospital, workshop or institution where practical training is conducted. Misconduct may lead to disciplinary action, including cancellation of admission.
7. Intellectual Property
The name “Royal Education Group”, the Royal Academy emblem, website design, text and graphics are our property. They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or changes caused by universities, boards, councils, government authorities or events beyond our reasonable control, such as changes in regulations, examination schedules or natural calamities.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where our head office is located.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
